You can delete your OrbitHisaab account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Need a copy first? In the app, share your loan statements as PDF before deleting.
Option 1: In the app (instant)
- Open OrbitHisaab and sign in (internet is needed).
- Tap the settings icon on the Home screen.
- Scroll to Account and tap “Delete account and data”.
- If you sign in with email, type your password.
- Tick “I understand my data will be deleted forever” and tap “Delete account forever”.
- Tap “Delete account forever” again to confirm. Google users then choose their Google account once more.
Option 2: By email
If you no longer have the app, email us from the email address you sign in with (or tell us the mobile number on your business profile) with the subject “Delete my OrbitHisaab account”.
We confirm it is your account, delete everything within 7 days, and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your login (email or Google sign-in) and business profile
- All borrowers, loans, installment schedules, payments and receipts
- The audit log of changes
- All borrower photos
What is kept
Nothing is kept in our app database. Copies in Google Cloud’s encrypted backups are removed automatically as those backups expire. Receipts or PDFs you already shared with borrowers stay with them.
Not ready to delete?
You can archive a borrower to hide them, or uninstall the app; your records stay safe until you sign in again. See our Privacy Policy for more.
